I recently learned the term “Sleep Hygiene." It has nothing to do with brushing your teeth, or bathing, prior to going to bed at night, but rather the care you take to protect your sleep in a myriad of ways. The strictest of definitions is the habits and practices you form daily, to sleep well nightly.
