You know the one. The talk you may have had, as a leader, a million times with the same physician, and he or she still treats others poorly. He or she still gets frustrated when things do not go well, and threatens to take his patients elsewhere.
Team members need to feel trusted and valued, and micro-managing communicates the opposite.
