What is the difference between sea salt and table salt?
What was known to previous generations as a "sweet tooth" is known to ours as a widespread health threat.
First what exactly is bone broth? The short of it - bones slow simmered for 20+ hours with vegetables, sea salt and herbs. All that simmer-time extracts insane amounts of protein, not to mention glycine, glucosamine, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium.
Leaders already have a superhero complex. We already think that we can handle more than any other human being on earth. The holiday season REALLY brings out that particular personality trait in all of us. It takes real consideration and a BIG reality check to make sure the holidays do not leave you in the worst whirlwind of the year. Remember, you are not Batman (he had Robin to do his shopping, I am sure), or even Martha Stewart. It’s Martha’s JOB to make the rest of us look inept! You are a human being, with lots of daily responsibilities, to a lot of people. Work does not slow down this time of the year. Your responsibilities are the same at work, and your home life is amped up with even more responsibilities. How are you going to manage??
