My observations over more than two decades in healthcare have led me to a firm belief that the work of healthcare is performed (for the most part!) by dedicated, caring, and competent individuals. Though the work to be done and the healthcare labor pool is diverse in needed educational, training, and specialized knowledge, each role to be served is important to the overall success of each healthcare organization.
