Hunger. Something we all deal with. Our bodies way of telling you it's time to refuel. Primitive and instinctual, satisfying your hunger is essential for survival. Unfortunately, somewhere between the days of sweeping out our cave dwelling and our present low fat, low carb, low salt , sugar free way of life our ability to recognize and successfully quell our hunger has gone loopy. Something I struggle with often. So what does hunger really look/feel like and what are the components to hunger?
