Human behavior, including my own, is a funny thing. I reflect back to my younger days when I was working my way through college as a waitress and bartender. When the restaurant was hopping busy, I was at the top of my game. Adrenaline pumping through my body to keep me moving fast and my brain firing to meet the needs of the high volume and expectations of customers. I truly enjoyed these “busy” shifts (...and not simply because there was more money to be made in tips!).
