Many of you have heard me tell the story of how my hubby and I attempted to mindfully eat. I was simply trying to stop multi-tasking, which I know lessens my IQ. I thought it was a double bonus that research was telling me that if I could not multitask while eating I may actually be able to lose weight. Without dieting yet!
