Kill the Beast! Kill the Beast! As I wait this week, with bated breath, for “Beauty and the Beast” to come out in non-animated movie format, I cannot help but think of emails as the beast in our daily lives.
Many of you have heard me tell the story of how my hubby and I attempted to mindfully eat. I was simply trying to stop multi-tasking, which I know lessens my IQ. I thought it was a double bonus that research was telling me that if I could not multitask while eating I may actually be able to lose weight. Without dieting yet!
We have taught leaders how to round with their employees hundreds of times. We have emphasized the point that there is no greater way to create a great work environment with positive and happy people than to put forth some effort in building relationships with them.
